DROP 01 — Industrial Objects explores the contrast between industrial packaging and handcrafted fragrance.

Each object begins with the same anonymous aluminium can. Open it, and a different world emerges.

Watch Me Glow brings bright citrus and warm woods. Slow Burn Baby unfolds through leather, saffron and dark resins. Sweet But Not Sorry balances fresh citrus, green tea and soft botanicals.

A collection designed to evolve throughout the day, from vibrant and energising to warm, intimate and grounding.
MANUFACTURING

Every object is hand-poured in Paris, in small batches. We use a natural soy wax with high-concentration fragrances from Grasse. No mass production. Each piece is made to order.
SHIPPING

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Once a candle has been lit, it cannot be returned.

To request a return, contact us at contact@notwhatyouexpect.fr. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
